DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT TO MAKE WINE?

You do not need an appointment to start a batch. It is a good idea to give us a quick call at 905-687-9617 before coming in to make sure we have the variety and quality level you would like in stock. If we do not we can order it in which usually takes about  three days.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO MAKE MY WINE?

You come in and sprinkle yeast on your selected wine. Six weeks later come back and bottle it. It is that easy, and only takes about 30 minutes to bottle a batch of 30 bottles of wine!

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ALL OF YOUR WINE KITS.

Gold Select- a concentrate based wine kit of 6 litres of juice to which 17 litres of water is added

Sterile Juice-  23 litres of100% pure juice no water added

Premium Elite - 16 litres of juice to which 7 litres of water is added. These wines are exclusive juices and region specific.

Limited Reserve - 23 litres of region specific juices are used to make the wine, no water added.

WHEN DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR MY WINE.

By law, you need to pay at the time the batch is started.  This is because it is illegal for us to sell the batch of wine to anyone else once it is started. We accept, cash, debit, Visa and MasterCard.

CAN I SAMPLE SOME WINE BEFORE I COMMIT TO PURCHASING?

No by law we are not permitted to offer samples.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO BOTTLE THE WINE?

It takes roughly 30-45 minutes to bottle each batch

WHAT DOES IT COST?

The price varies depending on the package you select.  Our on-premise packages range roughly from $90-$250

CAN WE PUT OUR WINE IN BAGS?

Yes we sell the bags, each batch makes roughly 5 bags.

DO I NEED HELP WHEN BOTTLING OR CAN I COME ALONE?

If you want to bring help that is fine, but we always have a knowledgeable staff member here to assist you if you come by yourself.

IF WE PURCHASE BOTTLES FROM YOU, DO WE HAVE TO BRING OUR OWN BOXES?

No, we provide the boxes if you purchase bottles from us.

CAN I BRING MY OWN BOTTLES?

Yes you can bring your own bottles, just make sure they are clean.  If you only have a partial amount, we can sell you the additional bottles you need to fulfill your order needs.

DO MY BOTTLES NEED TO BE SANITIZED BEFORE COMING TO BOTTLE?

We ask that you have them rinsed out really well but we have a commercial dishwasher that we will run the bottles through to ensure they are clean and sanitized.

CAN I DRINK MY WINE RIGHT AWAY?

The pure juice kits can be enjoyed right away but they definitely improve with age.  The concentrate based wines will definitely need to be aged in the bottle, but it all comes down to personal preference.

CAN WE MAKE CUSTOM LABELS?

Yes we can create custom labels for your business or special days like weddings, anniversaries or business promotions, for an additional fee.
